Yume Takeuchi is a Japanese voice actor and stage performer born on October 15, 1999, in Sapporo, Hokkaido. She is affiliated with the talent agency Tachi Pro, Inc.. Before transitioning to voice acting, Takeuchi built experience in musical theater. In 2016, she performed the role of Ami Mizuno / Sailor Mercury in the Sailor Moon musicals Sailor Moon -Amour Eternal- and Sailor Moon -Le Mouvement Final-.

Her debut as a voice actor came with the role of Mei Fan Liu in the multimedia franchise Shōjo☆Conto All Starlight, also known as Revue Starlight. In 2021, Takeuchi transferred her agency affiliation from Theatre Academy to Tachi Pro, Inc.. She is the sister of fellow performer Kokoro Takeuchi.
