Yukari Honma is a Japanese voice actress, or seiyuu, born on July 22, 1964, in Tokyo, Japan. Her career in voice acting has been active since at least 1991, spanning work in anime television series, original video animations, and video games. Throughout her career, she has been affiliated with several talent management agencies, including Production Baobab, and as of her later profile, was associated with Office Umikaze. Her body of work includes performances under her own name as well as a multitude of pseudonyms, a practice sometimes employed for roles in different genres of animation.

Honma has contributed her voice to a wide range of anime productions. In the feature film Kazu & Yasu Hero Tanjō, she voiced the character Mikako Miura. Her roles in original video animations include Reia in Ikusa Otome Valkyrie 2, Kaoruko Miyoshi in Gakuen Saimin Reido, and Kyoko Shirakawa in Doctor Shameless. She is also recognized for her work in longer-running television series, such as the role of Emiri in the Beyblade franchise and Yugo Gilbert in Project ARMS. Her extensive filmography includes numerous guest roles in popular series like Case Closed, also known as Detective Conan, where she voiced multiple characters across various episodes, and a part as Sandy in a 1998 episode of Trigun.

In addition to her anime roles, Honma's work extends to video games and Japanese dubbing of foreign media. Her video game credits include the character Claudia in the 2014 game Aiyoku no Eustia and Yuzu Takamine in the game Happiness!. In the realm of dubbing, she provided the Japanese voice for the character Anita in the PC game Basted and for Little Suzy in the animated series Johnny Bravo.

Beyond her professional activities, Honma is noted for having a variety of personal interests and skills. These include playing the piano and golf, as well as interests in skiing, tennis, visiting historical sites, and practicing qigong.
