Hiroshi Karasuda is a Japanese voice actor born on October 9, 1984, in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Production Ace. Karasuda is a graduate of the Amusement Media综合学院, a vocational school for entertainment and media.

Karasuda's career in anime began around 2011, with one of his earliest and most prolific roles being in the series Nichijou, where he provided voices for numerous minor characters including a死神, Chiyoda, and various students and soldiers. This pattern of voicing a wide array of supporting characters, often in ensemble casts, has defined much of his career. He has consistently taken on such roles in a variety of productions.
