Maika Yoshida is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the theatre company and talent agency Himawari Theatre Group, based in Tokyo. Her career includes voice work in both anime and dubbed foreign productions.

Yoshida is known for providing the voice of the title character, Baja, in the anime shorts produced by Kyoto Animation. She voiced the role of Baja, a small hamster, in the 2017 short film Baja no Studio and reprised the role for its 2020 sequel, Baja no Studio: Baja no Mita Umi. Her other anime voice roles include a part in the television series Ranking of Kings, where she voiced a young version of the character Miranjo. In the field of dubbing, she performed the Japanese voice-over for the character Pajama in the foreign animated series Summer Camp Island.
