Sara Polo is a Spanish voice actress known for her work in dubbing anime and animated series for the Spanish market. Based in Madrid, she began her career at a young age, entering the world of dubbing at fourteen after a teacher from a dubbing school suggested she try out for a role. Her first professional job was in the film Rain in January 2001, dubbing the actress Ellen Muth. She studied Audiovisual Communication at university while building her career in dubbing.

Polo has voiced leading characters in several prominent anime series. She is known for her role as Lucia Nanami in Mermaid Melody: Pichi Pichi Pitch and as Road Kamelot in D.Gray-man. In the Kakegurui franchise, she voices the character Miyo Inbami in the second television series and appears as Chitose Inui in the prequel series Kakegurui Twin. She also voiced the character Triangle in the film Futari wa Pretty Cure: Max Heart. Her other anime credits include roles in Deltora Quest as Jasmine, various characters in the Pokémon anime series including multiple portrayals of Nurse Joy, and roles in Naruto Shippūden, BNA: Brand New Animal, and Kengan Ashura.

Beyond anime, her work encompasses a wide range of animated series and films dubbed into Spanish. She has provided the Spanish voice for characters such as Pacifica Northwest in Gravity Falls, April O'Neil in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, Chloe Park in We Bare Bears, and Lord Dominator in Wander Over Yonder. She also dubbed the title character in the children's series Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! and voiced Pepper Pots in Iron Man: Armored Adventures. Her live-action dubbing work includes roles in series such as The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Desperate Housewives.
