Lex Woutas is an American voice actor known for his work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime, primarily in productions overseen by the New York-based studio NYAV Post. His career spans from the 1990s through the 2010s, with credits encompassing television series, original video animations, and feature films.

Woutas's voice acting career is closely associated with NYAV Post, a recording studio that has produced numerous English adaptations of anime. He is credited in several major projects handled by this studio, often appearing alongside a recurring ensemble of voice actors.

His roles in the 1990s include providing the English voice for the character Black Garb Ranban in the 1999 anime television series Space Pirate Mito. He also voiced Lord Alberto in the English version of the Giant Robo OVA series, specifically in the 1994 episode The Mighty Ginrei. In 2006, he contributed additional voices to an episode of the animated series Kappa Mikey.

In the 2010s, Woutas took on prominent roles in two animated feature films. He voiced the character Bunta Kise in the English-language dub of the 2018 film Okko's Inn. He also provided the voice for Ichiro Watanabe, also credited as Bewan, in the English version of the 2017 film Napping Princess.

Beyond his work in animation, Woutas has also performed in stage productions. In 2006, he appeared in the Off-Broadway play Machiavelli, taking on the role of Alfonso.
