Léopoldine Serre is a French actress who was born in Clamart. She began her career on screen at the age of five in the 1994 film Priez pour nous. As a child actress, she appeared in several films and television productions, including a role as a young Cosette in the 2000 miniseries Les Misérables alongside Gérard Depardieu and John Malkovich. Following this early work, she pursued formal training at the Classe Libre of the Cours Florent.

While continuing to act in live-action roles for film, television, and theatre, Serre has built a substantial career in voice acting, a field she has worked in since 2006. She is particularly well-known for providing the French voices for characters in numerous animated series and films. For example, she is the voice of Auriana in the animated series LoliRock and of the titular character in T'choupi and its sequel T'choupi à l'école. Her work also includes French voice roles in feature films such as Mercredi Addams in both La Famille Addams and its sequel, and Belle in the French dubs of Disney's live-action Beauty and the Beast and Ralph 2.0.

In the realm of anime and animation dubbing, Serre has taken on a variety of prominent roles. These include the character Kyōko Kuroyuri, also known as Princesse d'Acier, in the series Love After World Domination. She voices Kotori Itsuka in Date A Live IV, Kotori/Kotoko in The Relative Worlds, and Shoko in Sword Gai: The Animation Part II. Her other anime credits include Claire Kagenō in The Eminence in Shadow and roles in Dragon Pilot: Hisone and Masotan and Kakegurui Twin. She has been part of a group of French voice actors who have worked together on multiple anime projects directed by Jérémy Zylberberg.

Beyond animation, Serre is a prolific voice in dubbing for live-action films and television series. She is one of the regular French voices for actresses such as Saoirse Ronan, Anya Chalotra, and Emma Watson. Her work also extends to video games, where she is notably the voice of the protagonist Amicia de Rune in both A Plague Tale: Innocence and A Plague Tale: Requiem, as well as Kamala Khan in Marvel's Avengers and its associated series Ms. Marvel.

In addition to her voice work, Serre maintains an active presence in theatre. Her stage credits include productions of Intra Muros by Alexis Michalik, Leaves at the TNB, Sunderland at the Petit Théâtre de Paris, and Zazie dans le métro at the Théâtre du Lucernaire. In 2011, she also co-founded the musical group The Small Ladies.
