Born in Lisbon on February 14, 1987, her artistic career began in childhood when she started singing in a studio for jingles and albums at the age of eight. Her formal training includes studying lyric singing at the National Conservatory of Music and later pursuing a degree in acting at the Lisbon Theatre and Film School. Beyond her voice work, her professional background is rooted in theater and music, with numerous stage performances and participation in musical projects such as the band Conjunto Vigor.

Campelo has built a significant portfolio of voice work in animated series, with several prominent roles in productions aimed at children and young audiences. She is particularly recognized for her contributions to the Portuguese-language versions of popular anime series. In the Netflix original anime series Dino Girl Gauko, she provided the voices for multiple characters, including Halley Tomoyo, Babu Lisa, Erika, and Lemon. Her work on the series Glitter Force saw her voicing both Lili, also known as Glitter Amarela, and the character Bruxa. She continued her involvement with the franchise in its follow-up, Glitter Force Doki Doki, where she voiced the role of Rachel, the character who transforms into Glitter Diamante.
