Karla Tovar is a Mexican voice actress known for her work in Latin American Spanish dubs of anime series. Born on November 18, 1993, in Queretaro, Mexico, she trained in theater and dubbing at institutions such as the Instituto Andrés Soles and ACAI MUSIC.

Her career encompasses a variety of significant voice roles in anime. She is the voice of Kikoru Shinomiya in the 2024 anime series Kaiju No. 8, a prodigiously talented and strong young recruit in the defense forces. Tovar has also voiced Vestal, a repair ship character in the anime adaptation of the popular game Azur Lane. Her other prominent roles include Lelia Mofur in Log Horizon: Destruction of the Round Table, Yakumo Kamizuru in Rumble Garanndoll, and Kyōka Narumiya in Plunderer.
