Lianne Marie Dobbs is an American voice actress based in New York known for her work in English-language dubs of anime series and films. She has contributed voices to several productions within the Pokémon franchise, as well as to other notable anime series.

Her roles in Pokémon films include providing the voice for the character Marilyn Flame in the feature Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction. In Pokémon the Movie: The Power of Us, she voiced the characters Rick and a younger version of the character Harriet, in addition to providing other additional voices for the film. Beyond her film work, Dobbs has also voiced the character Elise in an episode of the main Pokémon animated series.

Outside of the Pokémon universe, her anime voice acting credits include the role of Sora in Aria The Natural and Henrietta Akaba in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V.
