Kyouko Chikiri is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on September 13, 1978. She is affiliated with the talent agency OgiPro THE NEXT and is also a member of the theatrical group BQMAP, with which she began her career in 2001 before making her professional voice acting debut in 2004.

Chikiri is known for her versatile portrayals of a wide range of characters, from young boys to quirky monsters and妖怪 (yōkai). A prominent example of this is her long-running role as the friendly Kappa in the popular Natsume Yujin-cho series, a character she has voiced across multiple television seasons and in the 2018 film, Natsume Yujin-cho the Movie: Ephemeral Bond. Her film work also includes a role as Dave Chen in Chocolate Underground.

Her career includes leading roles in various anime productions. She voiced the protagonist Ginga in the 2006 original net animation Hoshizora Kiseki. That same year, she began her role as the enthusiastic young battler Ryuusei Amanogawa in the television series Jinzo Konchu Kabuto Borg VxV. Beyond these, her extensive list of credits demonstrates her frequent work in major long-running franchises. She has contributed multiple voices to the Beyblade series, including Beyblade Burst and its various sequels, as well as to several installments of the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, such as Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, and Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V. Her range extends to titles like Onegai My Melody, Hugtto! Precure, and Eyeshield 21. In addition to anime, her voice work includes dubbing for foreign productions, such as providing the voice of Halima in the Japanese version of Disney's Frozen II.
