Yoshinosuke Yamagami is a Japanese voice actor and entertainer affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Production. He was born in Tokyo on August 11, 1994. His career is notable for its duality, as he is also one half of the famed magic duo, the Yamagami Brothers, alongside his younger brother Akinoshin Yamagami.

Yamagami's background as a magician is extensive and began in early childhood. Together with his brother, he was certified by Guinness World Records as the world's youngest illusion artist in 2002. The duo rose to fame with their "Tejina-nya!" magic performances, leading to numerous television appearances and commercial deals. Throughout his youth, Yamagami accumulated several accolades in the magic community, including the Japan Magic Association Special Prize in 2002 and the Magician of the Year award in 2006. His path to voice acting began later, as he sought to broaden his artistic expression beyond magic. After the COVID-19 pandemic significantly reduced work for live performers, he actively pursued acting and voice acting to continue entertaining audiences through different mediums.

In the voice acting industry, Yamagami is recognized for his anime roles. He provided the voice for Masataka Sakai in the 2019 series W'z. For this role, he also performed a character song titled a pile of stars (yuzen remix) as part of the series' soundtrack. His other anime credits include roles in Tsugumomo as Natsuki Natsuki, Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun as a student, The Reflection, and Sky Survivor. He also voiced a character in the voice comic adaptation of the Boys Love webtoon I Fell in True Love in a Boys' Shared House That's 99% Filled with Lies.

Beyond animation, Yamagami's voice work extends to drama CDs and radio. He has participated in numerous drama CD productions, playing roles in series such as Pierre to Mahou no Tsue and playing a character named Usagi in the Teiden Shoujo to Mushu no Orchesta series. He also served as an assistant personality on the radio program Takahashi Hidenori no H na Radio.

Yamagami is also active in on-screen and stage performances. He was a regular on the TV Tokyo children's program Ohasuta from 2012 to 2014 and has served as the general MC for the Nico Nico Chokaigi event. His stage work includes roles in numerous theatrical and live-reading productions, such as ICE CREAM GOOD BYE and a live drama adaptation of Scar on the Praeter, where he played the role of Torasou Itsuki. His career continues to blend his skills in performance, with recent activities including supervising magic for a Netflix drama and instructing fellow voice actors in magic tricks for television segments.
