Margarita Coego is an American voice actor, translator, and singer born in Miami, Florida, to Cuban parents. She spent her childhood in Venezuela before moving back to Miami at the age of twelve, where she began her professional career. Coego started working in voice dubbing and voice-overs in 1998 for networks such as Showtime, Nickelodeon, and the now-defunct Locomotion channel.
Her extensive body of work spans animation, live-action series, and films, primarily in Spanish-language dubbing for the Latin American market. She is notably recognized for her long-standing involvement with the animated series South Park, for which she also provided adaptation work. Her roles in the series included voicing Liane Cartman, Wendy Testaburger, Mayor McDaniels, and Principal Victoria across various seasons and redubs.
