Fabian Finkels is a Belgian voice actor born on August 17, 1984, in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium. He is a graduate of the Institut des Arts de Diffusion (IAD), a renowned Belgian film and drama school. In addition to his voice acting career, he is also a singer, composer, and author, and has been active in creative productions in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg since at least 2011.

Finkels has lent his voice to a wide variety of characters in the French dubs of numerous anime series and films. His roles include Wanibé in The Dungeon of Black Company, Dante and Louis de Sade in The Case Study of Vanitas, Hématie 1677 in Cells at Work! Code Black, Arman Kusaba and Ashindra in Beyblade Burst GT, and Shinato in Saint Seiya: Saintia Shō. His film work includes a role as Corey in the feature Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution.

His extensive filmography demonstrates recurring work with various French dubbing studios, contributing to several long-running and popular franchises. Notably, he has voiced characters across different series within the Pokémon franchise, including Pokémon Journeys: The Series, Pokémon XY, and a role in the movie Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages.
