Carolyn Medrano is an American voice actor known for her work in English dubs of anime series and films, primarily for Sentai Filmworks. Her career is characterized by a range of supporting and secondary character roles across several prominent anime franchises.

Medrano's most readily identifiable roles are found in the popular series Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, also known as DanMachi. She provided the voice for the character Anya Fromel in the original television series. She later reprised the role of Anya for the feature film, Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?: Arrow of the Orion. Another notable film credit is her role as Megumi in the English dub of Girls und Panzer der Film, where she voiced one of the three vice-commanders on the All-Stars University Team.
