Rie Nakagawa is a Japanese voice actress born on December 26, 1973, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency PEERLESS GERBERA. In addition to her work under her own name, she has also used the alias Mika for roles in adult-oriented games and anime.

Nakagawa has built a extensive career spanning a wide variety of anime television series, original video animations (OVAs), and films since her debut in the year 2000. Her filmography includes a substantial number of supporting and guest roles across numerous popular and long-running franchises. In the Fate series, she is known for voicing Kane Himuro, a role she has performed in several installments including Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Show more, Fate/Zero, Fate/Grand Order x Himuro no Tenchi: 7-nin no Saikyō Ijin-hen, and the Today's Menu for Emiya Family series. She also voiced Gráinne in Fate/Zero.

Her other notable roles include Nue in the television series Tayutama - Kiss on My Deity, Archimedes in the OVA T.P. Sakura - Time Paladin Sakura - Jikū Bōeisen, Shiraha Nakadachiuri in the OVA Maid to Please, and the title character Hana Kappa in the long-running children's anime series Hana Kappa as well as its feature film Eiga Hana Kappa Hana-sake! Pakkaan Chō no Kuni no Daibōken.
