Samuel Mota

Samuel Mota, also known by the name Samuel Anuragi, is a Brazilian actor, voice actor, and dubbing director. He has built a career working on Portuguese-language dubs for a wide range of anime series and films.

Mota has lent his voice to a number of prominent characters in anime. He voices Twice H. Pieceman in Fate/Extra Last Encore and its special, Fate/Extra Last Encore: Illustrias Tendōsetsu. In the series Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon and its second act, he plays the roles of both Osamu Kirin and Kirinmaru. He is also the voice of Junji Rousoku and the narrator in Mieruko-chan. His other notable anime roles include Yutaka Gotanda in Tribe Nine and Akira Sakaki in Godzilla: The Planet Eater.

Beyond these credits, Mota's voice can be heard in a variety of other anime series. His filmography includes roles in long-running and popular shows such as Attack on Titan, where he voices Ian Dietrich, and Spy x Family. He has also contributed to dubs for Rurouni Kenshin, Baki the Grappler, and Saint Seiya Omega, among many others.

In addition to his on-screen voice work, Samuel Mota has also worked behind the scenes in dubbing direction. He served as an assistant director for the dubs of the anime series Wonder Egg Priority and Blue Reflection Ray. His body of work demonstrates a sustained involvement in bringing Japanese animation to Portuguese-speaking audiences in Brazil.
