Kazuhiro Fusegawa is a Japanese voice actor born on November 23 in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. He began his voice acting career in the late 2000s or early 2010s, with one of his earliest roles being in the series The iDOLM@STER in 2011.

Fusegawa is known for his versatile work in anime, video games, and film dubbing. He has taken on numerous supporting and recurring roles across a wide variety of popular series. In the long-running franchise Yo-kai Watch, he is the voice of Tomnyan, a cat-like Yo-kai from America who plays a significant role in the series. His other notable anime roles include Milieus Zeremski and others in Attack on Titan, Haru Kazuya in Kuroko's Basketball, and various characters across the many installments of the Inazuma Eleven franchise, such as in Inazuma Eleven: Ares no Tenbin and Inazuma Eleven: Orion no Kokuin. His film work includes appearances in the animated films for Attack on Titan and the dubbing of the live-action film Dunkirk.

In addition to animation, Fusegawa has an extensive career in video games. He voiced the character Spica in Dream Kingdom and the Sleeping 100 Princes, and in a major international game release, he provided the Japanese voice for the character Dane Wilson, also known as "Jaw," in Resident Evil Village. His work in dubbing foreign media also includes voicing Joaquin Torres in the Japanese version of the Marvel series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Beyond his performance work, Fusegawa is also actively involved in education and training within the voice acting industry. He studied Japanese language education at university and completed a teacher training course. He has served as an instructor at voice acting schools, such as the Tokyo Announce Academy and the Tokyo Seiyu & International Academy, and has given special lectures for workshops run by his agency, Ken Production.
