Mari Misaki is a Japanese voice actor born on March 18 in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She began her career in the anime industry in 2014, making her debut with a role in the television anime series Majimoji Rurumo. Her early work included minor roles in other series from that year, such as providing voices for student characters in Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru.

Misaki was originally affiliated with the talent agency Sigma Seven e. She later became a freelancer, and in May 2017, she announced her departure from the agency Production Ace. Beyond her voice acting work, her publicly noted interests include singing, walking, and visiting variety shops. She also holds qualifications including a Grade 2 Kanji Test certificate and a Grade 2 Secretary Test certificate.

In 2015, Misaki's career progressed with roles in several notable anime. She was part of the cast for the first season of Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, playing a female student. The same year, she voiced the character Lily Lancaster in Kuusen Madoushi Kouhosei no Kyoukan and took on small roles in series such as Junketsu no Maria and Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 2wei Herz!.

The following year, 2016, saw Misaki in a variety of parts across different series. She appeared in Koukaku no Pandora, Haruchika, and Masou Gakuen HxH, where she voiced the character Frianelda McIntosh. She also played a minor role in Watashi ga Motete Dousunda. Her association with the series Big Order began in 2015 when she voiced the character Daisy in an original video animation (OVA) adaptation released with the manga's limited edition. This role continued into 2016 when she played Daisy in the television anime adaptation of Big Order, which aired in the spring season. In 2018, she was part of the cast for Nil Admirari no Tenbin: Teito Genwaku Kitan, voicing the character Erica Satomi. Her film work includes a role in the 2015 theatrical release of Koukaku no Pandora.
