Melissa Hutchison is an American voice actress who has worked extensively in anime dubs, animated series, and video games since the early 2000s. She is known for her ability to portray a wide range of characters, from young children to comedic creatures, and has received critical acclaim for her performance in the video game industry.

Hutchison's career in anime began in 2002 with a lead role in the English dub of the series Saikano, where she voiced the character Chise. She would later reprise this role for the series' OVA sequel, Saikano: Another Love Song, cementing her connection to the franchise in its English-language releases. This early work established her presence in the world of anime voice acting.

A significant portion of Hutchison's later anime voice work has been with the popular franchise Yo-kai Watch. She became a core part of its English-language cast, voicing the human character Katie Forester and the beloved Yo-kai Komasan in the main television series. Her involvement extended to the franchise's feature film, Yo-kai Watch: The Movie, where she provided the voices for multiple characters including Katie Forester, Komasan, and the character Kin, as mentioned by the user.
