Juliette Degenne is a French actress and artistic director, born on October 26, 1960, in Paris. She began her career in the early 1980s, performing in theatre, television, and film. On the advice of a friend, she specialized in dubbing starting in 1994, becoming a prominent figure in French voice-over work.

While Degenne is widely recognized for dubbing live-action actresses such as Famke Janssen, Uma Thurman, Robin Wright, and Cate Blanchett, her voice is also featured in various animated productions and video games. Notably, she provided the voice for Helga Sinclair in the animated film Atlantis: The Lost Empire (2001) and for Mirage in The Incredibles (2004). In the video game Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales (2018), she voiced the character Queen Meve.

In the realm of anime and animation, Degenne's work includes the role of Mary Sera in the film Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet.
