Aiko Kusumi is a Japanese voice actress born on May 11, 1983, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. She is a graduate of the Toho Gakuen College of Drama and Music, where she specialized in theater, providing a strong foundation for her performance career. Kusumi is currently affiliated with the talent agency Production Ace, having moved there in 2023 after a long tenure with Mausu Promotion, which she joined upon her debut in 2008.

Her career began in 2008 with minor roles in television anime such as Kannagi. In the years following her debut, she built a portfolio of supporting roles across a wide range of anime series and video games. Notable anime credits from this period include appearances in Suite PreCure, The Idolm@ster, and Fate/Zero. She also contributed her voice to major video game titles, including Final Fantasy XIII. A significant early role was providing the voice for Raisa Pöttgen in the Strike Witches franchise, a character she first played in Strike Witches 2 in 2010 and later reprised for the 2015 original video animation Strike Witches: Operation Victory Arrow Vol. 2.
