Moyu Arishima is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on April 22, 1977, in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. Arishima is a graduate of the Aoni Juku Tokyo School's 18th class, a training institution for voice actors. Her birth name and former stage name were Moyu Arishima written with the hiragana "もゆ", which she later changed to the current katakana representation "モユ" while keeping the same pronunciation.

Arishima began her career in the late 1990s and has built a diverse portfolio of roles across television animation, original video animations, and video games. In her early career, she appeared in the 2000 television anime Soreike! Anpanman in various minor roles, including as a child character and Chikuwan, as well as in the series Soreike! Anpanman: Rubie no Negai as Topa. The same year, she began her work on the series Vandread, where she voiced Misty Cornwell, a role she would reprise in subsequent OAV releases.

The early 2000s saw Arishima in several prominent supporting roles. She voiced Ikuyo Suzuki in the 2001 television anime Hanaukyo Maid-tai and its accompanying original video animation, as well as in the 2004 remake series Hanaukyo Maid-tai: La Verite. She was also part of the cast for the 2006 anime adaptation of Lovedol ~Lovely Idol~, providing the voice for the character Mina Hojo, a member of the idol group's first generation. Another notable OAV role from this period was Banshee-chan B in the 2005 Gonzo production Fighting Fairy Girl Rescue Me Mave-chan.

Her career also includes a significant number of video game roles. She has had a recurring role as Fran Seeker in Nihon Falcom's Trails series, appearing in The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki (2010), The Legend of Heroes: Ao no Kiseki (2011), and The Legend of Heroes: Hajimari no Kiseki (2020). Other notable game credits include the protagonist Mariael in Reveal Fantasia (2001), Mion in Yume Monogatari (2004), and Bianca in the Rune Factory series starting from Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon (2006).

Beyond acting, Arishima has contributed to the music of several projects. She performed character songs for series she starred in, such as participating in the opening theme for Hanaukyo Maid-tai and releasing a character song album for her role as Mion in Yume Monogatari. She was also part of the unit Pastel Drop, which released music in 2008. In addition to her animation and game work, she has experience in radio hosting, narration for programs such as Sekai wo Miru TV Tokusoubu, and stage acting. Her personal interests include Japanese dancing, at which she holds a junior instructor qualification, and her special skills include the Fukushima dialect.
