Isabel Romo is a Mexican voice actress born on March 3, 1966, with a career spanning over two decades in the dubbing industry. She pursued her university education at the E.N.E.P Acatlán and received her acting training at the Centro de Arte Dramático A.C. (C.A.D.A.C.). In addition to her work in dubbing, she is also involved in commercial voice-over work.

Romo has built an extensive filmography in anime, providing the Latin American Spanish voices for a wide array of characters. Among her most recognized roles are Murumo in Mirmo Zibang! and Marcia, also known as Otomet Magenta, in Shooting Starlets Musumet. She also voiced Motoko Aoyama in Love Hina, Mokuba Kaiba as the second voice from the fourth season onward in Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Sayuri in Ranma 1/2. Her work extends to the world of Studio Ghibli, where she voiced Yoriko Sasaki in When Marnie Was There and Mumblechooke in Mary and The Witch's Flower. Her other notable anime credits include roles in Pokémon, such as Xander and Gardenia, as well as parts in Bleach, Toriko, and Eyeshield 21.

Beyond anime, her voice can be heard in a multitude of animated series and live-action dubs. She has lent her voice to characters like Nazz in Ed, Edd & Eddy, Tiffany in Daria, and various additional voices in prominent shows like The Simpsons and Futurama. In live-action dubbing, she has voiced numerous characters in films such as Legally Blonde, Conociendo a Julia, and The Devil's Advocate, and in television series including Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy, and CSI: Miami. Her voice is also featured in the Mexican dubs of popular live-action series like House of Cards and The Mentalist.
