Miyuki Kobori is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor affiliated with the agency Ken Production. She was born on January 31st in Tokyo and began her career in the 2010s after graduating from the Ken Production-affiliated training school, School Duo.

Kobori has built a career with a wide range of roles in anime, video games, and dubbed foreign productions. Among her most recognized anime roles are Glasan in the television series HappinessCharge PreCure! and its subsequent film Eiga HappinessCharge PreCure! Ningyō no Kuni no Ballerina. She is also known for her role as Riko Nagase in the Sound! Euphonium franchise, appearing in both the television series and the film Gekijō-ban Hibike! Euphonium: Todoketai Melody. Her other notable anime credits include Ran Tachibana in Free!, Aoi Hibiki in Aikatsu! Idol Activities, and Unio Isono in My Love Story!!. She has also appeared in popular series such as JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Attack on Titan, and Pokémon.

Beyond anime, Kobori has lent her voice to numerous video games, including roles in the Pokkén Tournament, The Legend of Zelda series, and Azur Lane. Her work in foreign dubbing is also extensive, with her most prominent role in this area being the Japanese voice of Rocky from the animated series Paw Patrol.
