Keisuke Baba is a Japanese voice actor born on July 12 in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He is a graduate of the Aoni Juku Tokyo School, specifically its second-term II class, and began his professional career in 2001. He was affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production.

Baba's career has been built on a wide array of supporting roles in anime and video games, providing voices for numerous characters.
