Julien Allouf is a French actor primarily known for his work in dubbing, lending his voice to numerous characters in films, television series, and animation. He is the regular French voice for actors such as Charlie Hunnam, Ryan Hansen, and Chris Wood.

Allouf's career foundation includes classical training at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique de Paris. His early filmography features the role of Cedric Diggory in the French dubbing of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. A significant early achievement in the realm of animation and video games was providing the voice of the character Ignis Scientia in the French versions of both the film Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV and the video game Final Fantasy XV.

In anime dubbing, Allouf is widely recognized for his role as the Hindu god Shiva in the French adaptation of the popular series Record of Ragnarok. He reprises this role across the series and also voices additional characters in the show, including Adamas and Arthur Conan Doyle. His other prominent anime roles include Jinshi in The Apothecary Diaries, Aoi Mibuomi in Kakegurui Twin, and Salas Lilium in I'm in Love with the Villainess. He has also contributed to the French dubs of Carole & Tuesday and Vinland Saga.
