Chiara Salerno is an Italian voice actress, dubbing director, and actress, born in Rome on September 26, 1957. She comes from a family of performers, being the daughter of prominent actors Enrico Maria Salerno and Valeria Valeri. Her career spans both on-screen performances and extensive work in dubbing, where she has become a prominent figure in the Italian entertainment industry.

Salerno began her on-screen acting career in the late 1970s, with a role in the film Gli anni struggenti (1979). She later appeared alongside her parents in the film Il carabiniere (1981). Her television acting credits include roles in popular Italian series such as Un medico in famiglia, where she played Dr. Alida Castellani, and the police serial La squadra, in which she portrayed Dr. Nicoletta Veneziani. She also appeared in Il commissario Manara.

However, Salerno is best known for her extensive and acclaimed work as a voice actress.
