Edgard Fernandes is a Portuguese voice actor known for his extensive work in dubbing animated series and films for the Portuguese market. His career includes a significant number of roles in both anime and Western animation, contributing voices to various characters across different productions.

Fernandes has a particularly notable association with the Pokémon franchise. He provided the voice for the Pokédex device in several series and films, including Pokémon: Black and White, Pokémon: Black and White: Rival Destinies, and the film Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem VS. The Sword of Justice. In addition to the Pokédex, he also voiced the character Trip in the same Black and White television series.
