Edgard Fernandes is a Portuguese voice actor known for his extensive work in dubbing animated series and films for the Portuguese market. His career includes a significant number of roles in both anime and Western animation, contributing voices to various characters across different productions.

Fernandes has a particularly notable association with the Pokémon franchise. He provided the voice for the Pokédex device in several series and films, including Pokémon: Black and White, Pokémon: Black and White: Rival Destinies, and the film Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem VS. The Sword of Justice. In addition to the Pokédex, he also voiced the character Trip in the same Black and White television series. His other work in the Pokémon anime includes the role of Barret in Pokémon: Black & White: Adventures in Unova and Beyond. He is also credited as the voice of the Pokédex in Pokémon the Movie: Genesect and the Legend Awakened.

Beyond Pokémon, Fernandes's voice acting portfolio includes a wide range of other prominent roles. In anime, he voiced the character Danny Takeshi in the later episodes of the classic soccer series Captain Tsubasa, known in Portugal as Campeões: Oliver e Benji.
