Hiroko Taguchi is a Japanese voice actress born on March 29, 1974, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society (Haikyo). Taguchi began her career after entering the Haikyo Voice Actors Studio as part of its eighth generation in 1995. In addition to her primary name, she is known for using several pseudonyms in her work, including Sakura Takatsuki, Rika Fujiwara, Momiji Akizuki, and Kōri Natsuno.
Taguchi has built a substantial career spanning television animation, original video animations (OVAs), and video games. In television anime, she is recognized for leading roles such as Miyako Miyamura in the ef series, Sora Kasugano in Yosuga no Sora, Amane Suou in The Fruit of Grisaia franchise, Haruna Yuuki in Fortune Arterial: Akai Yakusoku, and Gisela in Kyo Kara Maoh!.
