Kira Vincent-Davis is an American voice actress known for her extensive work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime. Her career in the industry began in the late 1990s, and she has remained active for over two decades, contributing voices to a wide range of characters across numerous series. She has been associated with several major dubbing studios, including ADV Films, Sentai Filmworks, and Funimation.

Vincent-Davis has portrayed a diverse array of characters, demonstrating range across different genres and character types. One of her earliest prominent roles was as the emotionless young pilot Ruri Hoshino in the series Martian Successor Nadesico. She gained further recognition for her performance as Ayumu Kasuga, also known as Osaka, in the beloved comedy series Azumanga Daioh. Another significant and widely noted role is her dual portrayal of Lucy and Nyu in the dramatic and violent series Elfen Lied.
