Mayuko Omimura is a Japanese voice actress and radio personality from Hokkaido, born on October 26, 1979. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. She began her career in 1996 as a virtual idol voice actor under the stage name Mayuko Omimura, written as 麻績村まゆ子, before changing the spelling of her stage name entirely to hiragana, おみむらまゆこ, in 2004. Her career has also included work as a radio host and a singer, with several music releases and CD singles throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Omimura has portrayed a wide variety of characters across numerous anime television series and original video animations. She is known for several leading and recurring roles, including Mimika Himeno in Miracle! Mimika, Nina Sakura in Ultra Maniac, Rirumu in Mirmo Zibang!, Hikari Touno in Super Mobile Legend Dinagiga, and Haruka Yoshida in Gunparade Orchestra. Her other notable anime roles include Poyon in Sgt. Frog, Yoshimi Satou in Tsuyokiss Cool×Sweet, and Yūri Andō in Bamboo Blade. In addition to animation, her voice work extends to video games, where she is recognized for roles such as Akari Ichijou in The Last Blade series and Tis Diarayque in the悠久幻想曲 (Yukyu Gensokyoku) series.
