Yurina Amami is a Japanese voice actress born on July 7, 1996, in Kanagawa Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Amami made her voice acting debut in 2015 and became affiliated with her agency in 2017. Her path to the profession was marked by success in the 8th 81 Produce Audition in 2014, where she received multiple awards including the Excellence Award.

Her interest in voice acting developed from a childhood fondness for anime, influenced by her family. As a student, she was active in extracurricular activities, joining her school's table tennis club on the invitation of a friend and later becoming a member of the brass band, where she played the tenor saxophone and participated in a musical competition during her third year of high school. She went on to major in philosophy at university while concurrently attending voice acting training school.

Amami's early career included a notable success in an open audition for the mobile game BraveSword×BlazeSoul, where she was one of three winners selected from over a thousand applicants to voice a character. Her first role successfully obtained through an audition was as Mr. C. B. in the multimedia franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby.

Amami has built a diverse portfolio of roles across anime television series, original net animations, and video games. In the 2022 fantasy anime Vermeil in Gold, she voiced Chris Westland, a powerful student council member and mage known as the golden square magician. She has been the voice of Haruka Akane, a high school girl who works at a driving range and introduces a friend to golf, across both a 2021 television special and the 2025 television series adaptation of the original golf-themed anime Sorairo Utility. Her work on this project also included performing the special's ending theme song, Gunjō Love Theory, as part of the unit HAM with her co-stars. In 2022, she voiced the title character Naname Hasumi in the short-form original net animation Nanamental, which was co-produced and streamed by voice actor Reiō Tsuchida. Her other television anime roles include Tamaki Kurihara in the long-running series Kiratto Pri☆Chan. She also voices Rishetta in the original net animation 30MS Around!.

Amami's career continued to gain momentum with leading roles in subsequent years. In 2025, she voiced Kazuki Mikadono, one of the three titular sisters, in the anime television series Dealing with Mikadono Sisters Is a Breeze, for which she also performed an ending theme song. That same year, she was cast as Akane Makino in the anime adaptation of Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. and as Fio in Good Bye, Dragon Life. She is also set to reprise her role as the horse girl Mr. C. B. in the 2025 anime adaptation Uma Musume Cinderella Gray.

In addition to her anime work, Amami has an extensive list of credits in video games. Her game roles include characters in major titles such as Carna in the 2025 remake of Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter, Homura Sanada in Action Taimanin, and Christina in Path to Nowhere. She has also voiced characters in long-running franchises, including Mr. C. B. in Uma Musume Pretty Derby and roles in the Dragon Quest series, such as Popota in Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake and Manolo in Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age.
