Karin Kagami is a Japanese-born voice actor and musician affiliated with the agency S inc. She was born on September 19, 1999, in California, and her full name includes the middle name Sierra. She spent her formative years in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and attended an international school through high school, which contributed to her proficiency in the English language.

Her interest in becoming a voice actor began in childhood after watching anime and being impressed by the range of a single performer. This interest was further solidified after she saw promotional footage for a voice actor audition. In 2019, she passed the S Hibiki Ace Crew Joint Audition and became a准所属 (junior member) of her agency on May 1, 2019, before being promoted to full membership on July 1 of the same year.

Her debut and most prominent role to date is as Maho Akashi in the mixed-media franchise D4DJ. She voices the character in the television anime D4DJ First Mix and Pucchimiku D4DJ Petit Mix, and is also a performing member of the franchise's unit, Happy Around!. A notable aspect of her work on D4DJ is that she also provided the voice for Maho Akashi in the English dub of D4DJ First Mix, a rare accomplishment for a Japanese voice actor in a Bushiroad property.

Kagami has continued to build her career with roles in other major franchises. She voices Urara Haneyama in the Cardfight!! Vanguard series, beginning with Cardfight!! Vanguard will+Dress in 2022 and continuing in subsequent installments like Cardfight!! Vanguard DivineZ Deluxe Arc. Mirroring her work in D4DJ, she also provided the English voice for Urara Haneyama, making her the first voice actor to dub more than one character into another language for the franchise. Her work in video games includes voicing the character Suzuran in the popular title Arknights.
