Colleen Wheeler is a Canadian actor with a career spanning film, television, voice work, and theatre. She was born on March 21, 1967, in Scarborough, Ontario. Her training includes graduating from the University of Alberta's Acting Program.

Wheeler began her on-screen career in the early 1990s, appearing in films such as Two Brothers, a Girl and a Gun and Better Than Chocolate. She has since built an extensive list of credits in both live-action and voice roles. Her voice acting work is prominent in animation, where she has contributed to several notable series. One of her significant early voice roles was as Raven Darkhölme, also known as Mystique, in the animated series X-Men: Evolution, appearing in 21 episodes from 2000 to 2003. She also provided voices for other animated projects, including the series Kong and the feature film The Willoughbys.

In the realm of anime, Wheeler has voiced characters in English-language adaptations of several popular series.
