Aiko Aihashi is a Japanese voice actress born in Tokyo on March 10, 1976. She has been active in the entertainment industry since 1995, building a career that spans voice acting for anime, video games, and foreign film dubs, as well as music and stage performance.

Her early career included a foray into music, as she made her CD debut in 1999 as a member of the group PINK CANDY under BMG Japan. Beyond her work in voice and music, Aihashi is also a stage performer, participating in musicals, dance revues, and live readings with troupes such as the Revue Company Salme. Her skills extend to Western dance, Nihon-buyo, and playing the shamisen.

Aihashi has contributed her voice to a wide variety of anime television series. Some of the notable productions she has been involved in include Death Note, Hunter x Hunter (2011), Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, The Snow Queen, Kaze no Shoujo Emily, and Erin. In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, she is recognized for voicing the character Kiri Kyougoku. She has also taken on roles in series such as Buso Shinki and Mushibugyo. In film, she voiced the character Myonhi in the 2009 animated feature The Asylum Session. Her work in video games includes roles in titles like Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim and Growlanser V: Generations.

Beyond performance, Aihashi holds several teaching certifications, including licenses for junior high and high school art, a curator license, and a Japanese language teaching license she obtained in 2008. She is married to fellow voice actor Hiroki Takahashi.
