Masakazu Nemoto is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on April 27, 1979, in Fukushima Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Toki Entertainment. His career began in 1998 with a stage debut, and he has since built a diverse body of work spanning theatre, television, film, and voice acting.

In the realm of anime voice acting, Nemoto is recognized for his role as Akira in the 2009 3D CG animated film The Asylum Session. Produced by CoMix Wave Films, the film is set in a deteriorating future where a runaway girl named Hiyoko meets Akira, a leader of street children living in a stadium. His performance as Akira is one of his noted credits in animation.

Beyond this film, Nemoto's voice work is primarily associated with popular anime series. He voiced the characters Plasmid and Aporia in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's and provided the voice for Vongola IV in Katekyo Hitman Reborn!.
