Brittney Lee Harvey is an American former actress and voice actress known for her work in television, film, and video games during the 1990s and 2000s. Born on November 16, 1990, in Van Nuys, California, she began her career at a young age, starting with commercial work and theatre at four years old. Her first credited on-screen role came in the 1996 film Earth Minus Zero when she was six. She subsequently appeared in numerous featured and supporting roles, including the television production Mr. Murder in 1998, a performance that earned her recognition from the Young Artist Awards.

Her career eventually expanded to include voice work for Western animation, video games, and anime. In this capacity, she worked with companies such as Disney, Geneon, New Generation Pictures, and Capcom. Harvey is perhaps best known for providing the English voice of the character Sakura Kasugano in Capcom's Street Fighter series. She voiced this role in several major video game titles, including Street Fighter IV, the animated feature Street Fighter IV: The Ties That Bind, Street Fighter X Tekken, and Street Fighter V. She was represented by the talent agencies Cunningham-Escott-Dipene and The Corsa Agency during her acting career.

Following her work on the Street Fighter games, Harvey decided to leave the acting profession. She transitioned to a new career in public relations and advertising, taking a position as a publicist and talent recruiter for Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Services in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2022, she further expanded her professional interests into the financial technology industry. She is a graduate of California State University, Chico, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
