Hiromi Ohtsuda is a Japanese voice actor and radio personality. She was born on October 31, 1976, in Unnan City, Shimane Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Osawa Office. Her career began in 1997 after she successfully passed an audition for the agency.

In addition to her voice acting work, Ohtsuda is well-known for her career in radio. Beginning in 2003, she became a co-host on the NACK5 radio program The Nutty Radio Show Onitama.
