Toshiharu Nakanishi is a Japanese voice actor born on February 6, 1968, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He is a graduate of the 11th term of the voice actor training school affiliated with Office Kaoru and was formerly affiliated with that agency. As of February 2019, his affiliation is with the agency SSP. He possesses a high baritone vocal range and is known for his ability to naturally use the Kansai dialect in his performances.
Nakanishi began his professional voice acting career in 2002. He has built a career performing a wide variety of supporting and secondary characters across anime, video games, and dubbed foreign productions. In anime, his roles include Komine Dai and Noritada in Majestic Prince, Yoshihara in Space Brothers, Yuudachi in Naruto: Shippuden, a pork cutlet shop owner in Girls und Panzer, and James A.
