Chiro Kanzaki is a Japanese voice actress and professional mahjong player born on June 26, 1979, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She is a graduate of Fukuoka Prefectural Shuyukan High School and is affiliated with the talent agency Office Watanabe. In addition to her voice work, she has established a career as a professional mahjong player, an interest that was sparked by her role in the series Kappa no Kaikata. Throughout her career, she has also worked under several different names, including Sumire Murasakibana, Sumire Higuchi, and Hatsumi Yoshimura, often for roles in adult-oriented content.

Kanzaki's voice acting career encompasses a wide range of roles in anime television series, original video animations, and video games from the early 2000s through the 2010s. One of her more prominent and enduring roles was as Rinrin in the Sister Princess television series and its sequel, Sister Princess: Re Pure. She also voiced multiple characters in the long-running anime Kirby: Right Back At Ya!, including the recurring roles of Blade Knight, Lololo, and several other creatures.

Kanzaki has been a consistent presence in the ToHeart2 franchise, voicing the character Ikuno Komaki across multiple original video animations, including ToHeart2, ToHeart2ad, and ToHeart2 adnext. Her other notable anime roles include Ayumu Yamato in Idaten Jump, Kaatan in Kappa no Kaikata, Bunshū in the various Koihime Musō television series and OVAs, and Teruo Kuroki in The Law of Ueki. She also lent her voice to Miharu Yoshitone in the Saki anime series and its sequel, Saki: The Nationals. Her filmography also includes roles in series such as Today in Class 5-2, Bakegyamon, and Spiral. In addition to her mainstream work, she has numerous credits in OVA series under her various aliases, such as Tomoka Fusono in Boobalicious, Misora Arimiya in The Immorals, and Miu Kohinata in Younger Sister Juice.
