Kaoru Morota, born on September 26, 1971, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese voice actress who has worked under the alias AYA. Her career in voice acting has been active from 1995 to the present. Morota is often cast in roles that leverage her native Kansai dialect, frequently portraying genki girls or tomboyish characters.

Under the alias AYA, Morota has provided voice acting for adult computer game titles, known as eroge. Beyond voice acting, her contributions to anime also include providing theme song vocals for the series Neon Genesis Evangelion and Le Chevalier D'Eon.
