Moe Konoma is a Japanese voice actress from Niigata Prefecture, born on January 14. She has been affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce since April 1, 2019. Her career includes a range of roles in television animation, video games, and audio content.

Konoma is known for her extensive work within the Bakugan franchise. She voiced the character Maggie in the television anime series Bakugan: Battle Planet, a role she reprised in the subsequent series Bakugan: Armored Alliance and Bakugan: Geogan Rising. Additionally, she is the Japanese voice of the character Pharol, first in Bakugan: Armored Alliance and later in Bakugan: Evolutions and Bakugan: Legends.
