Honoka Kuroki is a Japanese voice actor and former singer born on October 21, 1995, in Osaka Prefecture. She began her career after graduating from the Amusement Media Academy in 2016 and subsequently joined the talent agency Stardust Promotion, marking her debut in the same year with a minor role in the television anime series orange. As of March 31, 2025, she has transitioned to freelance work.

Kuroki has built a diverse portfolio of anime voice roles. She is recognized for portraying Amana Ōsaki in The IDOLM@STER Shiny Colors franchise, a role she has played since the character's introduction in the 2018 game and its subsequent anime adaptations.
