Rossella Acerbo, born Rossella Ancidoni on August 25, 1973, in Rome, is an established Italian voice actress and dubbing director. She began her career in voice acting as a child, notably providing the Italian voice for Drew Barrymore in the film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. She comes from a family with deep roots in the dubbing industry; she is the sister of voice actors Sandro Acerbo and Maurizio Ancidoni, and cousin to Fabrizio and Massimiliano Manfredi. Her stage surname, Acerbo, is her mother's maiden name.

Acerbo has lent her voice to a wide array of characters in Italian-dubbed anime. She is the voice of Claire Redfield in the animated films Resident Evil: Degeneration and its sequel, Resident Evil: Death Island. In the 1983 anime series The Alps Story: My Annette, she voiced the titular character, Annette. She also voiced two characters in the anime adaptation of A Dog of Flanders: the roles of Aloise Cogez and the protagonist Nello. For the 1986 anime series The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Acerbo provided the voice for the main character, Dorothy.

Beyond these credits, her extensive work in anime includes the role of Amy Wong in Futurama, Littlefoot in the Alla ricerca della Valle Incantata film series, and Azusa Fuyutsuki in GTO - Great Teacher Onizuka. She has also voiced characters in series such as Ranma ½ as Azusa Shiratori, Captain Tsubasa as Tom Becker, and Gargoyles - Il risveglio degli eroi as Elisa Maza. Her filmography includes roles in Cowboy Bebop as Judy, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods and Resurrection F as Mai, and Violence Jack as Tom cat.

In addition to her work in front of the microphone, Rossella Acerbo has also worked as a dubbing director and dialogue writer. Her credits in this field include directing the Italian versions of the anime series Vinland Saga and Charlotte, as well as the film Modest Heroes. For her contributions to the field, she was named best character voice in the television category at the Voci nell'Ombra Dubbing Festival in the year 2000.
