Arisa Tsuruno is a Japanese voice actress from Hyogo Prefecture, born on December 19, 1996 or 1997. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Tsuruno developed an interest in becoming a voice actor during her fifth-grade year of elementary school after her teacher praised her reading aloud, suggesting she had the potential to become a star. She pursued this goal by joining her high school's broadcasting club and later graduated from the Osaka University of Arts Junior College, where she completed the Media Arts and Voice Acting course.

Tsuruno began her professional career in 2017. Her early acting roles included minor parts in television animation, such as a citizen in the long-running series One Piece in 2018. The following year, she voiced the character Saito Yui in the anime adaptation of Cookhouse Boys. Tsuruno's filmography also includes a role as additional voices in the 2020 animated film Josee, the Tiger and the Fish, and appearances in series like Fruits Basket and Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan.

Her most prominent and defining role to date is as Riko Hinakura in the mixed-media project CUE!. She first voiced the character in the CUE! smartphone game, which began service in 2019, and reprised the role for the television anime adaptation that aired in 2022. As part of the project's cast, Tsuruno also performed in character as a member of the unit Wind, contributing to several related music CD releases, including the game's theme song Forever Friends.

Beyond acting, Tsuruno has demonstrated skill in scriptwriting. During live events for CUE!, she was entrusted with writing parts of the script, and her colleague, fellow voice actor Saki Matsuda, also hired her to write scripts for an event she produced. Matsuda has publicly praised Tsuruno's reliability and her meticulous attention to detail in this role.

Tsuruno's voice work extends to video games outside of CUE!. Her early game credits include the role of Huang Yueying in the 2018 mobile game Sangokushi BASSA!!. She has also been involved in radio programs, serving as a personality on shows related to her work, such as the CUE!-associated program CUE!&A for the team Wind and later as a Thursday personality on the program Creators Studio with Vocacore.

Tsuruno maintains a professional relationship with several colleagues, many of whom she worked with on CUE!. This includes voice actors like Rio Tsuchiya and Yukari Anzai. Notably, within her agency Aoni Production, she is one of two voice actors named Arisa, the other being Arisa Kori, and the pair are sometimes referred to as the Double Arisa.
