Yurina Uchiyama is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on April 28, 1998, in Aichi Prefecture. Her interest in voice acting began in elementary school after playing the game Tales of Phantasia, and she later decided to pursue it as a career while in junior high school after watching the anime Cardfight!! Vanguard. She started her career after passing an audition with the agency Stardust Promotion in 2017.

Uchiyama is most recognized for her role as Haruna Mutsuishi in the multimedia franchise CUE!. She voiced this character in the original mobile game, which launched in October 2019, and later in the 2022 anime television adaptation produced by Yumeta Company and Graphinica. In 2019, she also became a member of the voice actress idol group Dialogue, which was formed in conjunction with the CUE! project. Her other voice roles include a guest appearance as a Girl in the anime Higehiro in 2021, the role of Yū Ayukawa in the game Onegai, Ore wo Genjitsu ni Modosanaide! Symphonia Stage in 2020, and the role of Venus Labinas in Fight League in 2019.

Uchiyama was part of the non-professional esports team Seiyū e-Sports-Bu, which began in 2021. On June 25, 2022, her management announced she would be taking a hiatus due to health reasons. She resumed activities later that year. After being affiliated with Stardust Promotion for several years, it was announced that she left the agency on March 31, 2024, and subsequently joined the agency 24chocolate in November 2024.
