Ami Komine is a Japanese voice actress born on February 26, 1995, in Hyogo Prefecture and raised in Osaka Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Stardust Promotion.

Komine's path to voice acting was not direct. During her time at an art-focused high school in Osaka, where she studied to become an illustrator, she became interested in entertainment and began auditioning for various roles. Before entering the industry, she had experience working at a regular company, an experience she has stated contributed to who she is today. She successfully passed the first Stardust Promotion voice actor audition in 2016, which marked the start of her career. She joined the agency's voice actor unit SoundOrion in January 2017, where her member color is red.

Her voice acting portfolio includes a range of roles in anime and games. A primary example is her role as Satori Utsugi in the 2022 TV anime adaptation of the mixed-media project CUE!. She has also voiced characters in various games, including roles in CUE!, Crash Fever, Monster Strike, and Sakura Revolution. Her involvement with the CUE! project also saw her participate as a member of the unit Moon, contributing to character songs and other project-related music.

Beyond voice work, Komine has been active in other areas of entertainment. She has appeared in several stage productions, particularly with the theatrical group "Bakusou Otona Shougakusei". Her work as a radio personality began in 2016 with her show Komine Ami no Honki! Anirabu, and she continues to host programs such as Komine Ami no Kominetey Radio!. She was also a regular on the Tokyo Television program Hitoyasumi. Through her work, she has developed recurring collaborations, particularly with her CUE! co-stars and fellow SoundOrion members.
