Eiko Mutsuhana is a Japanese author recognized as the creator of several light novel series that have been adapted into manga and anime. Mutsuhana began writing as a web novel author on the user-generated platform Shōsetsuka ni Narō, where the first series was serialized between April 2019 and March 2020. This initial work, later titled Hello, I am a Witch and my Crush Wants me to Make a Love Potion!, attracted enough attention to be picked up for print publication. The light novel was released by Futabasha under its M Novels f imprint, with illustrations provided by the artist Vient, and was completed in two volumes between October 2019 and March 2020. The story was subsequently adapted into a manga illustrated by Kamada, which began serialization on Kadokawa Shoten’s KadoComi service in August 2020. In 2026, it was announced that the light novel series would receive a television anime adaptation, scheduled to premiere the same year. The series is described as a romantic fantasy centered on a reclusive witch and a knight, and it has achieved cumulative sales of over one million copies.

Mutsuhana is also known for another major work originally titled Return from Death. This series was initially serialized as a web novel on Shōsetsuka ni Narō from October 2020 to January 2021 before being published as a light novel by Earth Star Entertainment under its Earth Star Luna imprint. The light novel, illustrated by Yugiri Aika, spans three volumes released between June 2021 and April 2022. The story follows a young magic student who dies alongside her boyfriend only to find herself sent back in time to her childhood, though her former love does not remember her. This series received a manga adaptation titled Re-Living My Life with a Boyfriend Who Doesn't Remember Me, illustrated by Gin Shirakawa, which began serialization on Kadokawa’s ComicWalker and Niconico Seiga websites in January 2022.
