Takahiro Hikami is a Japanese voice actor and actor born in Tokyo on February 22, 1986. He is affiliated with the talent agency SSP. Hikami graduated from the Amusement Media Comprehensive Academy's voice actor course. Before joining SSP in September 2015, he was previously associated with Production Ace, Sun Music Production, and WITH LINE.

Hikami made his debut as a voice actor in 2011 with his role as Makoto Sakurai in the television anime series Nichijou - My Ordinary Life. This role remains one of his most recognized performances. In 2012, he landed a leading role as Alit in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL II. The following year, he voiced secondary characters in two notable series, playing Sekimura Hirotada in A Certain Scientific Railgun S and the character Nijigen-kun (also known as Takaya Satou) in Golden Time. His career has continued with various supporting roles, such as Noru in the 2018 series Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Warriors of Love and Dan in the 2021 second season of I'm Standing on a Million Lives.

Beyond anime, Hikami's work spans other media. He has voiced characters in video games, including reprising his role of Nijigen-kun in Golden Time: Vivid Memories. He has also contributed to drama CD productions, such as playing the role of Satoshi Tachibana in the series Kasumisaku. His work in voice-over extends to foreign language dubbing for films and television series, with credits including the Korean drama The Innocent Man and the American series Orphan Black, where he voiced the character Felix Dawkins. He has also participated in stage readings and served as a navigator for radio programs. In addition to acting, Hikami has performed character songs for Golden Time, which were included as bonus CDs with the anime's home video releases. His personal interests include sports such as baseball and basketball, and he holds qualifications in Japanese kanji.
